7x eye-catching flower pots for autumn

No better way to brighten up your interior than by adding plants. And of course that includes a good flowerpot!

Days are getting shorter and colder. In the house you can use some warmth! This can easily be brightened up by a new houseplant in the house. And such a plant? Of course it needs a flowerpot!

There are different kinds of flowerpots, and to make it a bit easier for you, we have listed the nicest 4 styles according to us.

Basic flower pots

Do you want to draw attention to the plant? Then it’s best to choose a basic flowerpot. No striking patterns, but beautiful natural tones. Think of beige and grey tones, cream, white and black.

The shape of the flowerpot is also important in your choice. With a basic flowerpot, the shape is mainly round. Maybe a thickening at the top, but that’s what it is.

Animal shapes and patterns

Today’s trend? Flower pots with a face on them. And preferably in the shape of an animal. A deer, dog or monkey. It can’t be too crazy! Stand out, you certainly do that with an animal flowerpot.

Besides animals as flowerpots, prints and faces are also popular. Can’t find the ideal flowerpot? Then you can use the paintbrush yourself! Such a flowerpot is anything but basic.

Handmade baskets

Something other than a simple flowerpot for once? Then choose a plant basket! Often woven by hand, and almost always consisting of natural material.

There are baskets specially made for plants. On the inside is plastic attached so that water can not drain away.

Did you find a nice basket, but isn’t this an official plant basket? Even then there are solutions to be found! You can opt for a plastic inner pot with a saucer underneath. Or place a basic flowerpot in the handmade basket!

The basket can also consist of leather. Something different for once!

Eye-catching shapes

Why choose a basic round flowerpot? There are many more shapes to discover! How about a remarkable pattern in the flowerpot. Or a flowerpot in the shape of a triangle? It’s all possible!

If you also go for a eye-catching tan, that fall dip is gone.
